    • Video requests must be submitted as part of a marketing request and are not guaranteed

    • All video requests require review, approval, and acknowledgment before production begins

    • Production timelines begin only after approval has been confirmed

    Scope & Limits

    • Maximum video length: 1–2 minutes

    • Limit of one (1) video per request submission

    • One (1) round of revisions included

    • Additional changes may require a new submission and approval. (Possible Financial Requirement)

    Timelines

    • Video-only requests average up to 14 business days. Timelines May Vary

    • Requests including video alongside other materials may require extended timelines

    Delivery

    • Videos are delivered digitally via email or shared download link

    Video production is provided as a value-added service and is subject to internal capacity and scheduling.

  • All marketing materials are delivered digitally via email and will include print-ready files and/or email-ready documents, depending on the asset type.

    Physical printing is not included as part of this program.
    If print production is required, it must be discussed separately and may involve external vendors, timelines, or costs.
